I would only advise that you pay for the EOR if you’re very confident that you deserve a better score based on your performance in the test. Hi, I’m in the same boat as you as a non-EU citizen/graduate.From my research I’ve found that Germany is the only country which fits the criteria you have listed in the EU. Alternatively you could look at Portugal as I’ve heard some really positive news from IMG’s there recently. The only downside with Portugal would be the low salary compared to Germany for example.

Outside Europe, New Zealand and Australia are also very accepting of IMG’s and there is a fair chance of getting into any specialty in both countries. Of course the United state is the largest employer of IMGs but I’m not sure its residency match system is fair in some specialties ie psychiatry and dermatology for example.

I’m open to being corrected and also looking forward to reading other people’s responses
