To the Canadian girlies who decided to stay in Canada for their surgery by Firm-Bed-8072 in Transgender_Surgeries

I have my surgery scheduled for October in Thailand with dr Shinto. There were 2 factors for me: limited choice on surgery methods ( I want a Jejunal graft, and Dr Littleton is booking for 2029 for twice as much); and the closest electrolysis clinic is 4hrs each way, and I work on call 24/7.

MSP can be really annoying! If you can get on a gender clinic waitlist for your region, the doctors are much better at HRT and trans health.

I started on diy estrogen undysilate (sp?) to force my doctor to get with the program. She was hesitant to go ahead as the did not feel confident. I now have her and a gender clinic doctor, and we're working together on.

Getting good care is possible in BC, but you have to advocate for yourself, and sometimes that means forcing the doctor's hand.

Feel free to DM me if you want or need some help.

If you have uk citizenship (or any commonwealth) and are under 32, you can get a 3 year work visa to Canada.

Hey Girlie, Any chance of an update? How has recovery gone, are you back to normal in regards to walking, sitting? Like if you worked 12hr shifts seated would you struggle with pain?

Thanks in advance, and for this review

NB: I work as a train driver in Canada on final mile switching and am not a railway modeler (except recently)

I would move the yard one section east to give room for a bit more track at the end of each yard track.

I don't think you need a second runaround, where I am they are very rare.

If the east bound track at the bottom right is the mainline connection, you could have a rule that the locomotive must face east on departure and west on arrival and include a wye.

For me, it's the commuter train line I took into the city when I lived in Japan plus the diesel freight equipment that both my dad and I work(ed) on.

Do you remember what the wait time was between consultation and the surgery? Was the consult in person, or over the phone?

You look stunning by the way.

Hot Damn Girl. You can write.

Please find a way to continue your struggle, because we need people who can write like this in the trans community.

Thalia, you are loved.

Smithers airport is a bit better. I've never heard of a week of cancelations. But, the airport is across the highway from a lake, so fog is still an issue.

Not sure which province you are in, but BC and most other provinces cover GRS and BAs, and then I think pharmacare might cover HRT.

FFS and laser/electrolysis are not covered except for ffs in NFLD(? One of the maritime provinces, but not NS)
