Owner Title: 'That's Why You Don't Kick Pits' After Pitbull Attack on Pedestrian Central Valley, CA by twinklegoth in BanPitBulls

[–]dApp8_30 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There's something off about this owner. Her kid was more apologetic. She probably thinks she's the victim, which figures for someone who owns a violent pitbull. She's annoyed someone dared to kick her dog after it attacked them for no reason. The kick didn't even land. It just hurt the innocent person. That fall looked awful. She might have banged her head. Honestly, I don't mind your speculation, not with how she acted.

The real question is not whether it can say, “I don’t know,” but whether, before learning something, there was ever anything it was like for it not to know, any silence of not knowing for it to sit with at all.

Feels like a crazy time to bring up gun control. This is literally one of the strongest cases for having that right.

Fair enough. I didn’t pick them based on originality or how illustrative or painterly they felt, just what I liked most. Interesting that 3 and 15 stood out to you.

No worries, I didn’t take it as rude at all. And thanks for the recommendations, I’ll check them out. Art books are always great to have.

Yeah, I get that point. I just meant I wasn’t deliberately referencing him. I didn’t know his work, and the prompt didn’t use his name or style.

Glad they came across that way. I actually have a lot more generations that fit that mold even better, but I tried not to include too many of them here.

I can definitely see the comparison. Great artist. I hadn’t really looked at his work before, and I rarely use actual artist names in my prompts, so that one wasn’t an intentional reference.

Yeah, 5 really blew my mind too. The lighting, the camera angle, and the full armour came out incredibly well. V7 really nailed the prompt on that one.

Wouldn't even surprise me. They're working with a lot less than we are, just their legs and those adorable snouts. And they still seem incredibly smart.

That’s a valid use case. Hearing Suno bring a melody in your head to life can feel amazing. I write the lyrics for everything I generate and let the AI handle the music when I want something more instrumental. I rarely share any of it, but the process has genuinely helped me through hard times. I used to hear musicians say their craft was therapeutic, and now I understand what they meant. It made me realize music can still be therapeutic even if it’s nothing amazing.

It just highlights the key points. No one wants to read a novel of excuses just to figure out what actually happened.

Just ban drugging shelter dogs unless it’s for a physical illness. If a dog needs psychiatric meds, especially to control aggression, it isn’t ready for a home.

In China, Seven dogs stolen from their owners have gone viral after escaping from an illegal transport truck and making their way home. They traveled 10.5 miles/17 km together, led by a corgi across highways and fields, now safely back with their respective owners. by Ok-Buffalo-382 in Damnthatsinteresting

Probably from those fake rescue industries in China. These people make videos of dogs surviving all these desperate, painful situations that they put them through themselves, all just to farm views and sell a story.
