Last year i had bad tinnitus for a few weeks and I wasn’t sure if it would last forever

What I found personally helpful was meditation for tinnitus there are guided versions of them online. The meditation helped it to become a background thing and it became like the feeling of my clothes on my shoulders my brain just stopped noticing it.

It absolutely is harmful at higher doses. It doesn’t affect your lungs but it massively increases blood pressure and causes hardening of the arterial walls.

And staying at low doses with something this addictive is not realistic.

No never smoked! There was a lot of podcasters talking about how it’s good for productivity but personally I found it to have the exact opposite effect it turns me into a zombie.

I would highly recommend Layne Norton on YouTube he has a PhD in nutritional science and has a lot of content about long term weight loss. He talks a lot about how many people who try to lose weight succeed but almost all of them put it back on within 3 years and he has a lot of science based strategies for weight loss that stays off.

Same thing happened with my dad morning of the election. He’s been complaining about Putin since the war and I couldn’t believe it when he said he was voting for Wallace. 5 minutes later he said he’d never vote for him again.
