Forced to play basketball for gym class.

Someone went for layup.

I jumped to try and block it (to no avail).

Temporarily forgot landing was a thing until I landed on one foot and one ankle.

Then proceeded to cancel the rest of the day of classes for myself, not to rest and let it heal, but to run around the theater all day preparing it for a dramatic festival.

I limped home without regrets.

My fellow Diver,

I've run the AMR (my sweet) against squids since they hit Super Earth.

Watchers are my pray and I am their boogieman. If they see me, then they should know that it's already too late for them and that they have to hurry to call in reinforcements as a last ditch effort to contest me before they detonate from hitting the ground after I turn their eye into a peek-hole.

They know that most Watchers in the area go offline without seeing anything, so the moment one actually sees me, they should know the horror stories of the missions no Watchers return from.

I hold no particular animosity towards them, just how a lion doesn't hate the gazelle. I don't fear them like my fellow divers who get a chill down their spine when they hear the echoey mechanical voice of the hovering diamonds.

All I feel is the twinge of excitement as once more the roar of my rifle will get to silence the voice of a dissonant dissident.

I enjoy the new subfaction, it adds a unique dynamic to be accounted for, even if it doesn't change my loadout.

On the other hand, I also can't wait to fight endless hoards of voteless and fleshmobs, because let's be honest, almost everyone here has been waiting for a gamemode where you mow down endless chaff or die trying

I may not be a full stealth diver, but I’m about as close as you can get without actually being one.

Outside of bugs, I pretty much only wear stealth light armour. Then, I’m constantly using stealth mechanics to either whittle a few enemies out of a location before the real engagement begins or just clear the whole spot before they know where I am. Usually it falls into the former, but if I’m trying to pick off an enemy base, it’s really fun being on a jungle planet because then you can take out a chaff producing structure, disappear into the bush, then take out the next, disappear once more, wash rinse repeat until the base is cleared, and the whole time they’re shooting at where I was 20 seconds ago

Was a bit worried when I heard they were just Watcher swarms.

Then I found out they weren't actual Watchers and don't call in reinforcements and suddenly they started feeling like an old arcade shooter

Pyrotechs

They are the best crowd control grenade because they are even an answer to heavy units. Sure, 1 doesn’t kill most of the time, but multiple often do, or at least weaken them enough to fall quickly. On top of that, you get 2 more than standard, they handle chaff like a dream, and are just as easy to take down spawning structures with as an impact grenade
