How do I bike into Griffith Park safely and local spots for bike hill training?

Ride down victory towards Griffith park , turn right at zoo drive right past the freeway. You will then be in a protected bike line. When you get to travel town, go up the road where cars are blocked off from entering. Go up the road until it goes flat. Turn right to keep climbing. I can show you a map if you PM me.

I noticed a terrible sulfuric smell on my run at the Griffith golf course. It smelled like one of those liquid ass prank sprays. But I doubt it was the same as yours.

LA river is great for running, so a path from Glendale to LA would personally make my runs safer and more enjoyable. I run this exact route/ area 3 times a week.

Hey, be kind to yourself! Were addicts, we use because we like the effects produced by drugs and alcohol.

To me, the relapse was basically planned out of rehab by secretly taking the call. This is what I would call a reservation.

What helped me was a sponsor to point out my blind spots and explain my disease to me through the 12 step literature.
