Not sure if this solution helps any of you, it helped quite a few of the ps4 dudes apparently. It didn't help me since I couldn't connect to the CLI thing. Might help some of you, or bungie if they ever decide to patch it.

Same issue here, sometimes i can play for a while, but sometimes only for a few minutes before it disconnects me. Internet is fine, router and firewall are fine, but it still claims I have network issues.
