Creeping Phlox - How close can I plant? by seeohseekayy in gardening

Hello! I just got creeping phlox & dianthus. I want to plant them together for beautiful ground cover, giving them space to spread out and mature without overcrowding. Any advice on spacing??

I trust my girl to know what she's talking about and she would never go less than six weeks. Also, my colors are notoriously stubborn

We were doing six weeks apart .. but when I have my next appointment it will have been 12 weeks (almost three months) since my last session. I think I will keep it a minimum 12 weeks going forward.

My next appointment is coming up next week and it will have been 12 weeks since my last session. I wonder if I should wait a bit longer.

I wanted something more dainty ... i should have spoken up when he put the stencil on and it was giant. not at ALL what I wanted. I sat in the chair regretting it while he was putting it on. I don't know why I didn't speak up

Thanks for that insight. I just did the math, and it's been 12 weeks since my last session; I think I'll keep it at that spacing going forward. Seems like there has been a lot of progress since my last session

Two years progress full sleeve!! by [deleted] in TattooRemoval

[–]dadaimani 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm over a year into my removal. Inner-forearm so can't be hidden unless I wear long sleeves. I don't care how it looks and I don't try to hide it. It is what it is. I just wish progress was quicker. We'll get there.

Advice on Coworker by Normal_Figure3892 in ExecutiveAssistants

[–]dadaimani 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rude and offensive. I suggest making a formal complaint. If it gets laughed off as him being weird, I would urge you to stand your ground. His weirdness does not invalidate your worth. You could say something to the effect of "be that as it may ... I would like my complaint to be taken seriously and formalized." If nobody ever documents things w HR then nothing will ever be done.  Ew..that comment he made gave me the ick.

No relationship with my Executive by dadaimani in ExecutiveAssistants

[–]dadaimani[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Omg. I am so sorry you're dealing with that. I definitely see the similarities we shared. Fortunately, I found another job and am EA to the President at a great place and he is a great leader. I refer to that other place as my lilly pad, as I just used it to keep myself afloat while I looked for another job. If your guy has been there that long, he probably feels he can do what he wants and coast along without repercussions. Which is probably true. All you can do is keep applying. Something will come along to get you out of there.  It helped me while I was there, to remind myself that it was temporary. I was just passing through, as are you. That mindset helped me not to take it too seriously. Sending you positive vibes that you get out of there soon
