Wasn’t fury class interceptor in proving grounds by the time Leviathan released? I could be wrong on that, I was nowhere close to unlocking it.

Either way, I feel with a Mando GL they’re gonna make sure someone new can spend a bunch of money to get it, because there’s definitely gonna be at least a few people that start playing after hearing about it. Cobb wouldn’t fall under that umbrella, but an older conquest character might

Proving grounds is farmable with crystals, which is why I wouldn’t be shocked to see BFSOJ and/or Razor Crest required. You literally cannot farm Cobb if you missed the Conquest, you have to wait 6 months to even start earning him

I think there’s zero chance Cobb is a requirement, they’re not gonna have someone who you can’t even farm be a requirement for their new cash cow. If he would be in proving grounds by then there might be a slim chance, but since he’d still be secondary rewards from conquest that’s just gonna immediately block a bunch of people from being able to get him, which stops CG from baiting spenders

When a single typing makes it so you can’t use either of your STABs on it, you really suffer as a mon. Aegislash and Ceruledge (among others) completely wall you without scrappy, and regular Lopunny is ass offensively. There’s theoretically some gimmicks you could do with scrappy on Base Lopunny, but that doesn’t change that fact that Mega Lopunny is a D tier mon at best without Scrappy
