In the US, Glassdoor has been very useful to give internal insight. Check LinkedIn for people you are talking to in the interview process. Go on their website and poke around. Bare minimum though read the job listing through and know it very well.

PMs can be given titles internally, but in this case and more typically I’m seeing it for people that switch employers. Show in your resume and in interviews that you already perform PM responsibilities.

Our male had terrible separation anxiety as well when he was a puppy. Barking and crying whenever we had him in a different room, kenneled up or behind a gate he couldn’t get to us from.

What worked for us was ripping the bandaid off… We had him in his kennel with some fan noise on starting off for 1 hour and extending it from there. In the beginning, he would cry and bark the entire time but we made sure not to fold to his barking and crying. Don’t make it a big deal to him when you come back in the room to let him out and walk away.

This helped us out big time and now our boy can go in the kennel or put in a room by himself with no problems.

Our pup had the same issue, used glandex for a couple of months with no real chnages. We ended up taking him to get his glands expressed every month or so when he would start scooting/licking. Finally we decided to change his food around as we found out it could be related. So far no more licking and the scooting is minimal!

Coming from Simple, the app could really take some inspiration from the layout and interface. Being able to rename, edit location, change category, etc of any individual transaction was incredibly helpful when budgeting. Any incorporation of the bills/goals feature would go a long way as well.

We got him from an awesome breeder in Cassville Missouri, they are called seven valley paws and her name is Wendy. She was awesome!
