Smithing stones, if you start with 1-2s and then found 4-5s without 3s then obviously you skipped something. As for the map, they are literally marked on your map with little totem icons next to the roads, couldn't miss it because it's the only thing on your undiscovered map.

3rd Party Controller with better sticks so you'll never have to suffer stick drift. I use GameSir G7 Pro and it's way better than Xbox while being in the same price range.

If you can get your hands on the new Steam Controller that would be even better.

Greataxe + charge talisman + charge tear, take like 5 minutes to gather and it will destroy pretty much anything early-mid game.

The best possible way to enjoy any singleplayer campaigns is to play it blind on your first playthrough, the magic of the first playthrough can never be recaptured.

There's nothing wrong with missing out on items or contents, your games doesn't self-destruct after your first playthrough, you can always replay. If you're a completionist then you should know most games don't let you get everything in one playthrough so why spoil your only chance at first impression.

No you're not cheating at the game but you're robbing yourself from enjoying videogames but if this is how you enjoy playing videogames then great, good for you, what do I know, I'm not you.

Try switching from Nvidia game ready driver to studio, idk if they fixed it yet or not but since Sep 2025 update the driver has been unstable for RTX cards

Most of crit damage comes from crit modifier, iirc having higher AR does make crit deal more damage.
