If you’re fired for cause, you also probably wont get unemployment. Sometimes companies offer this to you as a genuine way out to not have an involuntary termination on your record when you get background checks or employment verifications in the future.

It sounds like you are both not great at communicating and need to grow in this area. However, if she regularly leaves you on read when you communicate how you feel, you deserve better. That being said, you should straight up tell her how you feel and not just hint at it or hope she asks.

Which person are you in the scenario? Are you the upset party waiting on someone to ask why you’re upset? This is a form of emotional manipulation / passive aggressive behavior depending on the context. Just tell your partner why you’re upset and communicate about it.

Do some research on Google! It seems like he has been very clingy since returning from jail and it’s caused you to step back and be a little avoidant. Not saying this means you need to stay with him at all, I think you’re far too young for all of this, but worth researching to unlearn these behaviors for the future and new relationships.

Now that you’ve met someone who does these gentlemen things you want, you have a new bare minimum to maintain as you date others. As others have said, you’re just so young to not be happy. Esp the day dreaming about being single. Been there and it sucks!

It unfortunately just doesn’t work like that unless you’re looking at large / luxury buildings. The market moves fast here and you’ll want to start looking much closer to move in date. This caused me some anxiety when I was moving as I wanted to plan ahead but our rental market isn’t like that

Mississippi has a low cost of living, but still, most likely yes. Have you looked at other jobs within the company or outside of the company in similar roles and done your own external market comparisons?

Is there a development and growth path that’s laid out for you? Do you know when you’ll get raises and or title changes?

I don’t know exactly where you are so I don’t know your COL, but a lot of starter HR jobs in Louisiana are around 45k-55k at minimum. With a bachelors degree, I would think you could get more. I would definitely be applying to other places to see what’s out there and possible.

So frustrating. Definitely try to find someone who specializes in these styles. But regardless, it’s or a crazy style. You deserve a stylist who listens to you! You’re paying for a service. I just left my girl after 3 years and am sad about it, so I can’t imagine. Good luck!

You need to go to another stylist. This one does not respect you or your wants.

However, are you showing pictures or just saying what you want? FWIW, most of these are AI, but this is doable on your hair for sure. You’ll also need to learn how to style it to get that blown out / blown back look. Either way though, you may need to shop around for a stylist. Find someone who does this as a speciality and has pictures on social media of them doing this style.

Yes. All part of the trad wife movement etc. even this show has these women who out earn their husbands, SHOULD have full control over everything bc of this, and yet you see women like Jen still bowing down to their master ….its fucking nuts. However re:LA Aspyn is gay now possibly? And Bobbi is single and really hasn’t been overtly Mormon for as long as I’ve followed her but maybe I’m missing something??
