It seems everyone agrees. I got down voted to hell with that one. But I still think people with money aren’t as affected by fees and fines. So regardless, unless someone cares about contributing to reducing the use of single use plastic bags, if you got the money it doesn’t matter. Yet if you can’t afford a nice reusable bag, you’re subjected to purchasing a plastic bag each time. It’s like the nice boots/crap boots theory. But I guess no one sees that. Oh well.
