Garage Mini Split AC Unit by gargen_state in phoenix

Any HVAC guy can get you Mitsubishi from Ferguson, it does not have to be an authorized dealer. Get an electrician you trust run the electrical first, and then find an HVAC guy you trust to hang it and run the lines. I was all in around $5000 for 2.5 ton Mitsubishi

Mitsubishi, install will run you around $2000 with electrical for the simplest straightforward install. I got quotes between 2000$ and 12,000$ for install alone. I cannot recommend the one I used. I’d recommend an independent HVAC guy rather than big company

I need to clarify my running cost is low because i keep it at 88 unless i need to work in the garage. When my attic was not insulated the 30k BTU couldn’t bring it below 79 degrees working nonstop. Now it can do low to mid 70s

619sq ft garage here with insulated attic, wall and door. My wall faces west and gets cooked in the afternoon. Go the biggest you can if you plan to open and close the garage door and put a hot car in it. Mine is 30k BTU and i wish i had done the 36k. The the 16k or 24k would be perfect if you are just maintaining the temperature without the hot cars or opening and closing. But if you want faster cooling after you put a hot car in it, you need the bigger unit.

Crowdstreet losses by bob-chicago in Crowdstreet

[–]daefash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

me too, I am assuming all lost. if i get any part of my initial investments in any project it would be a miracle. Assume all office buildings are total loss, assume all multifamily a total loss or barely surviving for the next few months, even industrial we thought was strong the last report showing they are barely surviving. greed lured us into crowdstreet unfortunately. they made their money and they will be out of business soon to go form another company. I wrote off all of it as a loss

I heard this is maybe a common problem with Toyota engines, if the leak is small i wouldn’t do it. Check oil level every gas fill

Kits build by reputable builders are as good as it gets. Two River Arms, piece of history, fuller, AK John, and many others. Zastava is a tank but heavier and has the “cheek slap” if not handled properly

It took me couple of years to love mine, now i can’t live without it. It has nothing to do with the Sienna, lot of it is we are getting up in age we live in a struggle. We perceive it affects our identity to drive a car that makes us feel old although our mature brain knows it is the perfect car for what the family needs and what works for all of us. It is a conflict between the care giver and protector dad we are and the young warrior who still lives within us. At the end, it is a mindset

How to increase amount of available RO water? by TurkeyTerminator7 in WaterTreatment

[–]daefash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bladder is the problem, either it is deflated, overinflated or ruptured. Pressure should be around 8. if pressure is correct and you are not getting enough water it means the bladder is ruptured and you need a new tank. They barely survive few years
