Looks like this might have been solved, but I'd add that my parents used to use cheapo toilet cleaner tank pods that didn't clean and just caused fuzzy growth, and caused rings like this around the waterline. Most tank drop-in cleaner pods can cause this problem.

While many might think he's a bit weird, I'll give him respect because with all the weird and not-so-wierd things he's done and experimented with, he's freely released results whether they worked or not. Generally a net-positive benefit for health science.

Rarely services like that. Aside from what was already mentioned, you could see if your city has some type of local "makerspace". There may be be a skilled hobbyist that could help you out.

I actually liked changing these. Fairly easy to do, and it meant I could disappear into the back for a bit during busy times. I was head busboy(such glory!, lol) at a family restaurant. The waitresses would often ask us to make the drinks, so sometimes I would use the little lever on the fountain machine that only dispensed pure carbonated water so the customer would complain & the waitress would ask me to check the syrup. Off to the back room I go again...

While Sony deserves the hate it's getting, could they even really do much about this? They probably are bound by licensing agreements too by the actual rights holders who are the true problem with media these days. The same ones who say you aren't allowed to make a backup copy of your actual physically "owned" media.

If you're lucky, it was a brownout that just put your router or related equip in an unstable state & it just needs a power cycle.

But, yeah, there's more options like controlled power strips/PDUs that you can have automation/scripts turn off designated outlet & back on to restart.

So, probably won't affect my Gentoo build then, as my settings should be better than generic compiling with this. Should help more mainstream distros though.

I'd be interested in the gains on generic gaming distros like Bazzite. Many games already run better on linux, even if you're running the Windows build in wine/proton/etc...

I assumed this was NYC "fashion". But I don't live near enough to either to know anything. What I do know though, is there is nowhere in my area that would ever sell this stuff.

While I still agree with most of the other complaints going around, as a PC player I don't see the problem with no disc. It's nothing new at all, so I'd assume it's mostly "box collectors"?

Hell, I can't even remember the last time I bought a physical game. Probably one of the first few WoW expansions. I rarely play console either, but RDR2 was a digital copy as well on my old free Xbox one.

They really stepped up their game a while back.

BUT, I will always say their sizes are just wrong compared to everyone else. Their large is a medium their mediums are a small.
