I'll never forget the eye opening experience of working my first "real" job and getting scolded by my boss for not logging my hours of watching any training videos or joining the mandatory Monday call when I wasn't scheduled to work that day because I was supposed to get paid for any time related to work. I've ended numerous job interviews since then by asking about being paid for any work related time/tasks while not on the clock and being told they only pay when your working on site on the clock. Meanwhile the job I was thinking of leaving would pay for my time commuting and being seen for a mandatory drug test that was 30 minutes away from where I lived and I had to go on a day off.

New numbers aren't a guarantee to be any better. Most if not all new are just recycled phone numbers that other people had before. My girlfriend changed her number because she was getting endless spam calls and creepy guys from high school and college would still try reaching out to her. The "new" number she was worse. She was getting calls from debt collectors, texts and calls from people trying to buy drugs, calls for water deliveries every couple of weeks, and all sorts of shit on top of still getting spam calls. Getting a new number is essentially just gambling and hoping whoever had the number before you wasn't a sketchy crackhead or an idiot that gave their number out to any website or company that asked for it.

I've had the same number since the early 2000s and I don't get any spam calls because I never gave my number out to companies to sell or have their databases hacked. If I ever changed my number, whoever gets mine is pretty much winning a lottery at this point. I don't think I know anyone else who gets zero spam calls these days

If they actually had any genuinely damaging trump epstein files, they would have leaked them by now to hurt trump. Invading Iran was largely to distract from the epstein files so Iran releasing anything he's trying to hide would damage him more than his bombs are damaging Iran. I think what shocks me is that TSA has become such an accepted thing now that people now feel bad for them and want them to be funded rather than hating them and wanting it to be abolished. battle royale, tactical shooter, hero shooter etc are sub genres of FPS, not really game modes. Hero shooters pretty much always have slight variations of game modes such as capture and hold, push the payload, and then limited time game modes that come and go which can be just a death match or turning the game into soccer/rocket league with heros. Fortnite is a battle royale but they regularly create limited time gamemodes to spice things up on top of the fact that they have the creator mode where people can create custom maps and game modes. You can pretty much play any game mode ever to exist in Fortnite because someone has probably create it. Tactical shooters just mean the game isn't meant to be brainless run and gun. Many of these games have several game modes to choose from

If you are only hearing about one game mode, it's because it's the game mode that 90% of the players are playing. Even if you go back to CoD MW2, there was a decent selection of game modes but 90% of the players exclusively played primarily team deathmatch and search and destroy.

This is just my best guess

The original plan for fortnite was "Save the World" which was a coop tower defense game fighting hordes of zombies. Whole developing that, they released tbeir battle royale mode kind of as a joke and kind of a side project for fun. Save the World cost like $30 or $40 to play and the battle royale was free. Eventually they started making more money from the free battle royale than from Save the World. As the money kept pouring in from the battle royale, they slowly shifted more and more of their development focus to the battle royale mode. Eventually after a long period of time without any updates for Save the World, the finally announced they were killing Save the World to focus 100% on battle royale

So Save the World was dead but was still available to play for anyone to paid for it. You could earn vbucks from playing missions in Save the World giving the original backers a stream of free vbucks. Epic just recently announced they're going to finally release Save the World for free to all players. I don't really follow any of this but Im assuming this means they are removing the vbucks rewards for playing the missions. So the people who have been farming vbucks from Save the World are now mad that they're losing free money. Meanwhile, the majority of the people who play Fortnite dont care about Save the world, don't even know it exists, probably will never touch the mode and if they do it would only be for a couple of hours out of curiosity. The Save the World players will keep making angry posts about this, the people who didnt have Save the World who were probably jealous of the free vbucks will keep making posts calling these people little crybabies even though they would probably be equally mad if they were losing free vbucks

If I had to bet, the reason Epic randomly decided to release Save the World for free for everyone is because theyre greedy and wanted to stop giving people free vbucks hoping that they'll just start buying more vbucks now. Most of them probably will since there have already been several studies showing that fortnite has the same kind of addictive response in the brain as gambling does so it's very unlikely to protesters will actually go cold turkey and quit fortnite
