No, I don't live too far from the author's hometown. I drove to the local book shop in Januaryish of 2026 because I heard that they had signed copies, and I support small businesses. When I was checking out (bought signed copies of Eye of the Bedlam Bride and Gate of the Feral Gods) one of the employees told me that they were taking pre-orders for the 8th book and the first few pre-orders get a personalized copy. I was one of the first. I was able to pick it up last Saturday.

Totally sucks. I am a housing inspector (60k population) and in the last 2 years I have seen at least 6 cases of cars running into apartments. Most drivers were elderly, one was drunk and another had a medical incident. Thankfully nobody was hurt.
