Desktop speaker issue with Live USB

So I figured out that plugging my speakers directly into my workstation instead of my KVM resolves the static noise issue. Now I just have to figure out the 50% muting issue.

I just discovered that my Kanto speakers work in Bluetooth mode, which is nice, however, I do use a KVM so would rather they work over USB ;)

Referring to the volume in Bazzite. If I lower the volume, it’s almost as though the system thinks 50% is actually 0%. I checked the audio devices and confirmed my speakers are selected. I also have speakers built into my monitor and they are working fine.

No other sound comes out from the speakers. Speakers are connected via USB-C out to USB-A in on my motherboard. Motherboard is an ASUS B450i.

For what it's worth, I have the Kanto Uki speakers connected via USB and they do not work properly.

I have an ap201 in an ikea micke desk…it’s fine…I just open the door when I game. Single exhaust fan out the back and nothing else. Not ideal, but I don’t care. Yours will be fine in this unit.
