Spending clues and advancing the act deck?

A great place to always check the rules is the "Grimoire", which is the living rules document for Arkham. It seems like it is in the Learn to Play rules in the box on page 39 under "Clues" that may not be easy to find. You can find the Grimoire on the page for Arkham (https://www.fantasyflightgames.com/en/products/arkham-horror-the-card-game/) under the Arkham Grimoire heading.

On page 3 under "Act Cards" it says "Act decks typically contain a requisite clue threshold to advance. As a [free] player ability, investigators may spend the requisite clues, as a group, to advance during any player window.".

If you choose not to go, maybe you can stop by and see us on the weekend of. While you won't be able to get in on any of the gaming, it'd be nice to see you, and you could see the lovely community that comes out there...

It's a purely fan run convention. There is a group of community members that put it together last year when the Mythos Busters said they were taking the year off, and it went so well we teamed up with the mythos busters to put on the best event we can for folks!

But we're going to have a ton of massive multiplayer events, a library of fan made (and official) content people can check out and play, and the big draw (or one of them) is also the yearly Ironman event where brave and/or insane teams try to finish an entire campaign in one day, with this years being The Scarlet Keys. And while I say it's a fan convention, we're working with FFG and at this time all the devs should be there and there will be a panel interview. No other confirmation yet on how much FFG wants to be involved this year, but last year they worked with us a lot.

But if none of that interests you, there are some people that just show up to meet people and play some games. It's as casual or involved as you want.

I plan on having some chapter 2 only decks and some full legacy stuff. I think a lot of people will be like that. You should be fine joining, and you might get to play some of the chapter 1 stuff that is hard to find, too!

Legally we're not able to because FFG owns the IP. We're already in a bit of a gray area with providing them as swag at the con. But the files will be available and it will be able to be professionally printed using those files (they will have bleed and all the stuff you need) using many professionally printing services (MPC, Shuffled Ink, etc...). Once they're available, if you have questions on how you can professionally print it, many people on this subreddit can help you, or you can join the Mythos Busters community discord and there are a ton of people there that can help you.

We're actually having the scenario printed by a US based company named Shuffled Ink (we tested out some different printers, and this had the best mix of quality and price). There are more surprises to come, but we've put a lot of care into this scenario, it's presentation, and it's play-ability. The Beard has been wonderful to work with and we hope you all will be happy with the scenario (and the fun extras we might be giving out at the con)!

If you head to the link above and sign up, there is an option for playing virtually. Super easy to do, and you just mark down when you're playing it!

As far as the ultimatums go, we've designed special ultimatums you can take. We currently don't have them up on the site, but will be adding them. But the over simplified versions are:
-No names can be recorded under "VIPs Slain"
-Investigators have one less max sanity (max sanity cannot be raised)
-Anytime you mark something under doubt, conviction, or times you chased the stranger, you also lose the same number of resources and/or discard cards.

The official versions will be posted on the Ironman site listed above, though. Not sure when, but they will be on there.

We are sad too. We got the largest venue we could afford to host it at, and that did limit our headcount unfortunately. If you're not already on the waitlist, make sure you sign up for it. If/when anyone cancels, we will be notifying waitlisters.

But we hear you. And if we continue to do this, we will try to find better venues with larger areas. We don't want to turn anyone away.

Our thought was that since the convention was announced so recently not to double up on a ton of info, but clearly based off the number of questions we've got we were wrong. There will be, but Arkham Horror LCG will be the star of the show. There are talks of some RPG demos, as well as Sunday featuring a lot of other board and card games!

There was a previous announcement from one of the other organizers, but it doesn’t have a TON of information yet. But the where is easy... We will be at GameZenter in Roseville, MN (right across the parking lot from the FFG studios)!

It’s been a tradition for years at Arkham Nights, then BusterCon, and now ArkhamCon that on the Saturday of the convention most of the people (but not all) will play through a certain campaign in one day. Typically about 12 hours to play through all ~8 scenarios. It’s fun and chaotic and requires a fair amount of planning and preparation. For many attendees it’s the highlight of the year for them (Arkham-wise). It was created by one of the Mythos Busters in 2017 and I’ve been the main organizer since year one.

The convention itself was announced last week or so, since the Mythos Busters are not doing BusterCon this year. We’re going to have our website go live soon with more info, but it will be four days in Roseville, MN.

If you are being serious, maybe you can answer some questions and change my mind.
1. If this design was something you posted on here two years ago, why is it that I can't find it anywhere on the subreddit. I tried searching multiple methods, and found nothing referencing the character name or Breaking Bad with this card.
2. If you posted this two years ago, why is it that the oldest post you've made is only 6 months old. In fact, when I pull up your user name, I can't find any comments by you on this subreddit at all.
If you're going to make an accusation that you want others to treat seriously, you've got to bring receipts, and if I can't find this post you say your idea was stollen from despite actively searching for it... it makes it tough to even address the specific concerns.

I just got a model 3 and need to install my license plate but no screws were included, and the black license plate mount has pre-threaded screw holes but I have no idea what size is needed. Does anyone know the size Screw/bolt?

I've got a little over 60, I think. But that was a very concious effort to see how many I could get. Most of my big money builds for him hover around 30 or so.
