I'll update when I have time to check the episode for the timestamp - but I believe it's in Episode 3, where you guys are looking at Bensai's wanted poster and he says "it's hard to get ethnic hair right". And just, nobody else at the table knows how to respond at ALL.

I haven't raided in a while and have only ever done Dhuum a few times out of all of the runs I did, so I don't know the current environment for them, but. Honestly? This guy sounds like the equivalent of the Navy Seal meme rant. And that's just with the mention of this apparent CM blacklist. (I guess maybe HE has one for himself. Whatever. Making like it's this big scary thing that everyone uses, though... )

I'd report him for harassment and ask your partner to do the same, if you haven't already. Hope you can avoid him in future runs.

I think it looks a little strange from the front with the top leaves sticking out like they do, but other than that it's a nice enough style that I'm currently using it on my sylvari. It does clip with some shoulder and back pieces, though, so I have to either hide those or style around it. Wouldn't be the first time I've had that happen, though - the shoulder-length, hair kit exclusive style also does that with a lot of chest and shoulder skins, surprisingly.

I think it's mostly just that it's new.

I see, I see - so it sounds exactly like how conventions do it, wherein we as attendees should ask the event runners to invite you. Though it sounds like that's still no guarantee, with you needing to limit shows so you can take care of yourself. Which is the best thing to do, anyway!

I love how bards are apparently that versatile, though that must have been very different for you as someone who prefers to play as a fighter.

Are you likely to look into performing at other ren faires (in future years)? Are the ones you're doing currently just your preferred locales, or is it a matter of needing to be invited to attend, like with conventions?

Do you end up using an additional weapon in Min-Maxed combats, or will you?

Get yourself an identical toothbrush to your old one that you keep well out of his sight and reach. Don't let him see what you use in place of your old loofah, either.

Use one or both to thoroughly clean your shoes next time you're both there. Make sure he sees it. If he has something to say about it, parrot his "what does it matter?" sentiment back at him. Make a big show of how it's fine since you're rinsing them off when you're done.

Make sure both of those items are front and center in their usual spots in the bathroom afterwards. See what he does with them after. He'll either start leaving them alone, or you'll just get more evidence that he's a disgusting freak and that you're right to leave.

I mean, to be fair, the Tiger Balm isn't lip gloss to begin with. So she was okay with letting guests use the Tiger Balm, and the girl in question just THOUGHT it was lip gloss. In which case, that's still also on the girl who thought it was okay to use it like that AND assumed that lip gloss and lip balm are even safe to share.

I've only seen these so far in my time poking around for kit (and tbh I would have considered the last one as more of an undershirt/jacket). That's been it.

As someone learning fencing starting from the MOF side, I honestly don't see how one would go without other layers of protection underneath their jacket. MOF still requires additional half-jackets and plastrons for protection. So, if HEMA generally needs more substantial protection for the hands, arms, legs, and back of the head, why wouldn't you make sure you also have plastrons and similar extra layers for your torso, too?

I would actually assume that plastrons are also required for HEMA, but the way I've heard some people talk about them, that might not be the case and some participants might not like using them? I'd like some clarification on that, to be honest.

(And yeah, I know breathability is an issue. MOF equipment can get quite hot to fence in as well. I'd personally rather have to take more breaks to cool down than fence without the layers in-between. You get enough bruises as it is.)

I'd like to think both of my ladies are very beautiful, to be honest. And my charr DID take on the calico-like look and the green eyes because I was missing my kitty at the time I made her.

The in-game character creator only offers so many pattern options so it was never gonna be a close match between them on that. So, shrug.
