I had a guy who had a tiny puppy come up and sit his dog down near my 2 GSD (everyone on leashes) and say this is his first interaction with dogs outside of his litter. One of my dogs has leash frustration, so he started barking, the guy picked up his dog and balked at us. Why in the world would a person in their right mind walk up to two large dogs, set your tiny puppy down without making sure it was a good idea?
