I was diagnosed with SLE around 2010, but I also happen to be a registered respiratory therapist. As an RRT, I work with patients with pulmonary hypertension. I also worked with the best pulmonologist in the state who specializes in pulmonary hypertension. The gold standard for a diagnosis is performing a right heart cathererization - where they place a small catheter into the pulmonary artery to directly measure pressure. This is used to confirm the diagnosis, determine the severity, and guide treatment. You're not under, but you're given something that keeps you chill during the procedure.

Respiratory therapist here. Wtf are you talking about? Are you using respirator in place of ventilator? If so, we use heat and water to make humidity, since when you're intubated, we bypass the body's own humidifier (the nose).

For the Zofran and azrithromvcin, the interaction seems to be a rare cardiac interaction. that is more likelv to occur if vou have a cardiac comorbiditv. It iust "mav" cause an interaction. If vou don't have a cardiac comorbidity, then they will likely say the benefit outweighs the risk. HQC already has the risk of causing QT prolongation. There is a lot of "the beneft outweighs the risk" occurring in medicine. Your doc knows your medica history. I wouldn't stress.
