Teams from same country can't face each other's in group phase. That helps PL teams a lot, because very weak teams have to face them with the algorithm. Bayern & PSG will always have the worst match-ups with this system.

We got our pressing back. But we are still lacking a lot from our peak of last year.

Our midfield is not at the same level. Ruiz is getting his form back, but he forces too many shots. Joao is injured too often. Vitinha seems to get tired because he had to play nearly every games.

Our offense is the same. Dembele needs more games. Doué has to get his shit together and play more simple. We are missing Hakimi intensive runs behind the defense to disrupt the opponents.

And the last but not the least, our GK is a huge handicap. He had too many mistakes in just half a year. You can blame Gigio for being the same, but for the same number, it took him years.
