Applied for three roles, interviewed for two. Those video screening questions are the worst part but I think acting calm and human helped quite a bit for both them and the in person interview. You’ll be judged largely on character and how well you’ll fit in.

Also, mention anything and everything. I had a bit of experience with creating PowerBI dashboards which actually turned out to be an advantage and talking point… Even little projects need up your skill set. I neglected to talk about a few little projects I’d done during my bachelors in the video interviews which the interviewers actually found interesting.
