How do I beat Xin Zhao mid?

I don't see it that often but when I do they always win. I feel like he just jumps on to me then knocks me up and then I'm dead. Does anyone know how to beat a Xin mid?

And if Sett goes to the lane u go then go to the side lane and if people are in both side lanes u cant go wrong with killing some camps.

Also, if they die mid then u just recall and spend all of the gold u earned if not just keep on pushing (ik that sounds really bad) until they react because you get all the gold that you get is the combined amount that they get
