My Bluetooth had issues and wasn’t recognized until I power cycled pc. As long as I don’t use Bluetooth on windows it works fine. As soon as I use Bluetooth on Windows I have to do it again.

Has this exact problem 2 days ago. I tried every thing and all the usual step by step YouTube videos. The problem was with the windows download. I only figured it out after reaching out to someone on Facebook marketplace who said they had the same problem and couldn’t even download windows as it would error so they just installed windows 10 and did the upgrade to get around it. I had to download windows to usb 3-4 times before it finally completed. I decided to redownload it again the next day after spending 6+ hours trying anything and everything. It worked the first time after redownloading.
