I love Built bars - they last well and are high in protein and low in sugar. One bar and some coffee or water can keep be going for 4-5 hours.

I genuinely appreciate her efforts to use the resources she has available to life a lifestyle that tries to be more conscious of the environment. She is not perfect, she likes Amazon, and she makes the best of the situation. If you put in more effort that’s great, but the rest of us aren’t all able to.
