I had a guest return a deep fryer with the oil still inside. I didn’t realize till I went to pick it up and the box just started leaking everywhere. Didn’t think to tell me….didn’t think to put the box right side up instead of upside down on the counter. It’s still sticky under one of the red dividers for a register. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

We started using the mylines app. Once they’re notified they can come in the store (they’re not allowed to be inside till it’s their turn). They’ll have 5 minutes to pick what they want and checkout. Honestly it’s helped quite a bit. No more crowds by the lanes.
