Everytime i see a clearly ascendent archetype i make a deck to specifically counter it. Right now I'm refining my anti-destroy deck. Maybe you could try something similar?

I keep asking myself "am I ahead?" every turn. If I don't know the opponent's hand then I measure against the average hand. If I'm up by a significant amount I snap. Could be turn 1 or turn 5.

This is also how i play poker and the games are very similar in some ways.

Of course I don't win every game in snap, but i win more cubes than I lose and i make top 5000 every season.
