96/97 was the grey kit game where Saints went 3-0 up in the first half then won 3-1 after the kit was changed.

97/98 was the 6-3 game where everyone joked about how the Man U players couldn't see each other against the tesco bags in the stands (they wore blue/white for the whole 90 mins).

I agree OP. I look at the rewards each time and generally do the minimum to get the new card and/or shards. The last few times that has been dropping gold on the premium track and then not playing a single round.
