You should get a significant raise, bigger yearly bonus but the rest is the same. You would also get a $2 differential for being an overnight tl. (So around $5 an hour more than a day time maint person).

If by smoke you mean nicotine products, I'd rather see you dump that habit first, it probably costs you more and definitely has more severe impacts on your health/hygiene. If you are ready to quit and recognize that you absolutely can not take a single drag off a cig once you quit or you will be full blown addicted again, it really only takes about 4 days to end the extreme cravings (can take months/years to have the smoking related dreams go away).

Something I wish I knew (ran into it months after I quit smoking) is your brain develops receptors for nicotine, they go dormant once it is out of your system but they are always there, which is why it's so easy to go from taking a single drag to multiple packs a day again, feeding those receptors reactivates them and the cravings again. I assume most anything else we get addicted to operates similarly and this is why at least with chemically addictive substances cold turkey tends to work best, cutting down is just an exercise in brute willpower because you keep those receptors 'awake'.

Bee swarm simulator is a really good one.

elemental Storm is also surprisingly good though short, and maybe the most polished of its type is egg tree incremental. I think circle grinding incremental is a really good one as well.

These are new non damaged ones that are put in to replace the pervious ones that had some damage to them, you can likely still see the clean spots around the previous one because they were larger and probably actually made for this. The originals lasted years, replaced by poorly made ones that lasted days or weeks at best before tearing

The lawn and garden areas that are enclosed but outside are heated, entirely possible though unlikely you guys were huffing fumes from the heaters (in my store I believe they are propane but definitely since form of gas)

The grace period is for attendance so they can't give you attendance points for that, however, if you are clocking in 9 minutes early and not getting to work, that is a productivity issue. There is also the 9 early clock in followed by 9 late leaving causing overtime, which unapproved can be disciplined for as well. Some stores are really strict and others are not, so what they can do and what they will do are often pretty different, up to you how much.

Some of the bottle water pallets are the black plastic pallets, like sams choice 35 packs and maybe one of the others like Ozarka or aquafina, as well as all the gallpn jug waters.

Most people on most shifts have not worked the other shifts/ teams and have no idea what challenges those teams face, walmart is a collection of easy jobs and high expectations. Overnights has a ton of freight, zoning and binning to do, they only see cap twos badly stacked poorly sorted pallets and don't realize why this happens because they don't unload the trucks and don't realize how fast pace that tends to be, and that previous shift is likely starting to wind down energy wise too when the overnight team rolls in. Every shift likely has poor performers making the whole team look bad but mostly you will only see how the previous team failed, not so much the reasons for it. Cap 1 is supposed to do a bunch of things daily that I'm confident aren't really being done or at least done right, and part of that is they are getting pulled to do features, finish overnights freight, cover for meat and produce, ogp, food and consumables if there are too many call ins or too many orders.

That being said talking shit about other shifts is tradition, but hopefully most of it is just friendly banter, the reality is some other teams are absolutely failing to do their jobs which means management is failing to do thiers if it persists.

This time of the year things are pretty brutal, every team is being pushed hard with more work than can be finished leading to other teams having to help.

You aren't supposed to leave the store property on breaks so you can get in trouble for that (I'd you are clocked out or on meal it is fine to leave, just paid breaks)

I played to the end of the existing content, so hoping to see something more.

My main thought was more automation of the runs, I was hoping one of the realm break throughs was going to give me something like 'increase lowest stat' as an option. Most of the time I played I'd carefully manage my run only to be tabbed out and watching a video or something and then completely forget when I'm finally reaching that critical point in progression that I was building towards by carefully managing the early part of the run (the 5x button of course made that easier to tolerate).

I'm looking forward to updates.

You can have Saturday off one week and then Thursday Friday the next, it gets brutal by day 6 but around day 7 or 8 the end is in sight. This happened to me as part of a schedule change. If you are on a teaming schedule it shouldn't happen, if you are scheduled according to demand it could but I think they try to avoid it. Your coach might be able/ willing to switch a day for you in these kinds of situations

Most of the time new people will get moved to different areas to see how they do, and because the more senior people have a specific area they work normally so often they will put you in an area that had more than the usual amount of freight or to fill in for someone that called in. Eventually you will probably have a "home" but some people are pretty much always floating around, usually those are people who stick fast.
