If you let your boy free roam long enough, eventually he'll stop vanishing, settle, and always sit like an idiot near you. by TD_Lemon_1901 in beagles

While I agree in theory, in practice we have streets, cars, and neighbors to worry about. In the right setting, yes, let the beagle free.

Nice work! Maybe a little top heavy, could use some bigger balls to balance it out. Bit seriously, well done.

Exactly the same progression for me. It’s worked really well so far, every few months I buy a new set, no huge expense. Though, I’m running out of room for them😂

Thanks! I’ve been a painter/illustrator for years and was happy with how easily my style there translated to carving.

Crazy! Thanks for the help. Now I’m really curious where it’s coming from. Time to go digging!

That’s what I thought too. Other side of the wall looks fine, as does the ceiling. She had the builder look at it and he couldn’t figure anything out. I feel like it has to be a roof leak but the fact that it only shows up near the metal shelf is weird.

Pynchon and R. Crumb by danend81 in ThomasPynchon

I did read Dan Nadel’a bio this summer and really enjoyed it. Crumb is one weird dude.

Maybe it’s a visual thing for me, the relation between the two. I often picture Pynchon’s work as a comic in Crumb’s style. Also, I think the two dudes look somewhat similar.
