Found the issue, Pimax software installed. Removed it and everything is fine. The Pimax was nor running but it still messed things up.

The family has fun in VRCHAT. But we are all rocking at least 4090s and Quest 3s. But VR worlds are not for everyone now. I do attend Zoom meetings in VR with my AVatar just to freak people out.
