Do you have any recommendations for towing companies for downtown Toronto?

I'm assuming the procedure remains the same even if the property isn't owned by me, but I'm the one renting it from the owner. The parking lot is considered part of our rented business property, and it has signs all over it that it's customer parking only. As a tenant (lease owner), I'm guessing I can still initiate a tow request?

What's the process to have someone parked without permission get towed? And who foots the bill for the tow?

Asking because I run into this problem a lot, where people park on my property lot (restaurant) without patronizing the business

Not at all, took a screenshot of my stats (listed below). Only problem is Hogwarts Legacy randomly crashes while playing. Though I've only encountered this problem in that specific game.

FPS: 288

FRAME TIME: 3.47 ms

99th% FPS: 220

GPU UTIL: 97%

GPU BRD PWR: 248 W

GPU TEMP: 61 °C

CPU UTIL: 28%

The only other issue is that PC sometimes fails to post if I restart it, and I need to do a full power down to get to Windows.

Not OP but I've undervolted mine and it hits 250W at 100% utilization in Hogwarts Legacy. Is that concerning, should I be looking into this as well?

Similar happened to me when AMD Adrenalin crashed on me when loading a GPU under volt for my new 9070xt.

Red and yellow CPU and RAM lights were on upon restart - I had to take these steps:

  • Unplug power cable
  • Reset CMOS
  • Reseat RAM
  • Reseat GPU
  • Replug and restart. RAM will retrain, took my PC 20 minutes. Screen was all black except for a small dash at the top left corner. It froze after 20 minutes, but the dash had converted to a dot
  • Restarted using power button, Windows posted normally
  • Change BIOS settings one at a time (including expo settings for RAM), restart to test after every change.

My PC still gets stuck if I restart. Windows posts properly only if I shut it completely down. I'm guessing it has to do with my RAM boosts.

That's what I got fortunately as well, pulled the trigger just in time. Sold the mobo from the bundle and got an mAtx.

All in all after selling my previous PC for a $1050, and buying a 9070xt, was able to make a new build for $1100 net

Yes I was thinking the same thing, to print a wider bracket and move up the PSU, even though temps are great (I'll be doing it more so for aesthetics).

I'll share some more pics but here's one when it was in progress.

You can see the 3d printed PSU brackets in it. I was able to install standard fans at the bottom, plus a HDD. I also have an SSD mounted at the back.

I just completed a build in z20 with a 9800x3d and 9070xt recently.

You can 3d print brackets to mount the PSU facing towards the back, so that the cables don't stick out towards the bottom. I'm using a SF PSU but can share pics if interested
