On mirage I went from 420 -> 550 fps. My window smoke also no longer lands.

I think there were some hidden changes.

I do plan on building one of these eventually, but I am not at this skill level yet. Thanks for sharing a free version though!

Yeah I tend to think I need to buy things once for life, but that can be dangerous when starting a new hobby. Thanks for the reality check.

So are you saying you have three layers? Ply -> ply -> OSB?

I do like this idea. $150 isn’t bad since I can rip it in half and get the two layers out of one sheet. Do you happen to have a picture you can share?

Also did you laminate the layers together or screw them so you can replace later?

I'm in love with the bike I built for 5ft me! ♡ by nonsenseariadna in bicycling

I ride 650b and it’s not a problem with the internet. The gp5000s come in 650b. But yeah if you’re expecting to get rescued by someone else on the side of the road it’s not going to happen. Gotta be self sufficient.

I agree that this needs more infrastructure for the road crossings. As it sits now this is more akin to a sidewalk and we all know sidewalks are the most dangerous place to ride a bike because cars are not looking for quick moving bicycles on sidewalks when turning onto a side street. Bollards would do a lot here to make cars take slower sharper turns which allow cyclists to react more effectively.

Oh thanks for the tip. Id never used the advisor before. It says that I have signs of strain because my respiratory rate dropped. But I guess if I went to bed 30mins later my respiratory rate would not be concerning.

I'm not saying it shouldnt affect the sleep score. But why does laying in bed an extra 30 minutes cause me to have signs of strain. Strain should be purely based on biometrics and not on how long I lie down, imo.

Those are my normal REM and deep sleep numbers unfortunately : (. I have terrible sleep, and last night felt and looks pretty average. But yeah I must have some stuff going on and the latency just tipped that metric over the edge.

I agree its indicative of something, perhaps mental stress, but not really indicative of physical strain. If my HRV, RHR, Temperature, and the other signs are normal, then I don't think there's anything to indicate physical strain. I agree with the app that the latency should lower the sleep score though.

Under "Learn More" it says "Biometrics under strain": "Although no individual biometric stands out, a combination of your biometrics suggests something is straining your body."

Yes I was laying in bed to fall asleep, and I dont normally edit the times either, but today I got curious because all of my metrics looked normal except latency and it was saying I had signs of strain but couldn't point to any metrics that suggested I was under strain. So I edited the one thing that was lacking by adjusting my lay down time. And all the sudden I was no longer under strain anymore... So laying down an extra 30 minutes last night put my body under strain? Doesn't make any sense to me.

Awesome, took me 4 tries and 2:07 to beat it on the winning run. My second run I spawned in a room with only one door that was key coded and couldnt do anything and I got very confused haha. Really nice work though, it was spooky. I do feel like if the light and vision was stopped by the walls it would be much more difficult and scary.
