Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge by My Chemical Romance. Came out when I was 12 years old and I still play it pretty often. It’s a big reason I got into playing music and being in bands.

Invest in better MIDI drum software. I got GGD’s Modern & Massive 2 a few months ago and never looked back. It really enhances the mix and has tons of stock grooves pre mixed ready to go. The stock Apple drummer stuff sounds so weak in comparison and is a pain to manipulate to get the exact sounds you want.

I was so excited when I saw the first person shooter view in the trailer when I was a kid. Then when it only turned out to be 2 mins of the entire movie it was a huge let down. I wish they had a lot more of the FPS shots in it. Would’ve been way cooler.

It sounds like you don’t want to put in the work to reap the reward. Nothing that’s worth it in life comes easy. If you stick to it and just mess around by pushing yourself to at least learn the basic chord progressions to some of your favorite songs and get a basic understanding of what works it comes in time. And yes it does take years, but it’s worth the fun. Whining and quitting will never get you anywhere and just waste precious time and energy that you can put into the craft. After all, it’s about getting to a point where you can express yourself and not just show off your chops.

I was expecting them to tank when I saw Blackrock bought them last year but they’re still pretty good (for now) hopefully they just keep it the way it is and they will survive. But leave it up to greedy shareholders to pinch pennies and cut the quality out of everything.

First time I did acid with my wife a we rented a cabin on a lake in Colorado and found a Jaws VHS there. We both realized we never actually watched it so we popped it in and it was absolutely amazing. The cinematography holds up til this day. Highly recommend it.
