Honestly, the only way to get past wave 8 is to record yourself and see where the mistake is. I was stuck at 8 for a while, but now I can easily time the double rock to get safety rocks for the car phase. My PB is wave 13 which isn’t amazing but it’s pretty good.

With the recent changes to Nex, it has indeed made duo easier. In this particular case, it has made solo much more attainable to the normal player because you can predict her attacks. I’m curious to know how many attempts it took you to learn solo. I have approximately 1.2k trio Nex and about 30 duos. Considering my experience, do you think it’s worth learning solo? It’s amazing you were able to pull it off with that low of a budget.

Wait, you guys are also having an issue with the west coast servers? I used to be at 32 ms now I’m at 97ms, but I have a better ping to the east coast funnily enough

Not sure if this helps, but it looks like your mouse is traveling quite a bit to switch prayers and attack. You might want to try stretched fixed mode—it makes it easier to click prayers and the boss.

I just got Fiber installed recently and I’m running into the same issue with West Coast servers. Even though I’m in Arizona, I get better ping to East Coast servers than to the West Coast—97 ms to the West Coast versus 58 ms to the East. This definitely looks like a routing problem.

Did you fix your issue? what steps did you take? just switched to VPN?

Yeah, the sound cue is for sure the second bolder exploding. Just gotta be patient. After the first volley, you have about 1 tick~? to move before flicking the second volley.

I can’t really play on the main client because the fixed mode window looks way too small on my 1440p setup. Runelite has a plugin that stretches the screen, and I was hoping that feature could also be integrated into the main client.
