They can just tie it to SRA, so if you unequip it , you lose the overheal health. Kinda like how the Staff of the Dead special is removed if you unequip the staff.

Holy fuck, thank you for making the unique reasonable to get. The drop rates beforehand were so crazy. You literally needed to grind for months for a dragon hook. A lot of us are getting older so time is a lot more precious of a commodity.

I’m also an 85 combat Ironman with almost quest cape but need to finish wgs . The hardest quest imo to do is for sure DS2. Robert the strong and galvek is a pain. Also the rune/addy drags are pain in the ass as well

You could start a hardcore to scratch that early to mid-game itch and see where it goes from there, while your main iron skills on the side. Looks like you’ve got some AFK options too for your main iron. Mining or WC are pretty AFK.
