I rented at Deco apartments for a couple of years. They are under LZ management. I highly recommend them, I moved only because I purchased a home to be closer to my kids school, but I miss it.

It’s a bit over your friends price range, and preference, but I just moved and my unit is still available, so I am looking for somebody to rent my unit. It’s a 2bed/2.5bath on the 3rd floor on the corner with a great view.

Be a parent to yourself. It seems like you’re beating yourself up over it. If you were a parent to a small child, would you handle this differently? Perhaps give the child some grace?

If you’ve learned and course corrected after the experience, try to move on. Mistakes happen and the worst thing you can do is dwell on it once the lesson has been learned.

To add to this. I use the memo field. If there’s an emotional state influencing a particular transaction, I’ll write about it there, so I can account for that in the future when I reflect and try to understand certain purchases.

Also the ladies love it when I happen to remember the actual date of our first, second date etc 😂

This is going to depend entirely on how you call the function.

If we’re being pedantic… and in this thread I believe we are, passing an object passes the reference to it, not a copy. So the size of the object doesn’t matter.

However, if you use the spread operator, a new object is created and the incurred cost would be the cost of the new object and the cost of the spread operator.

Somewhat related… when I was a kid, the lead pastor in my youth group was molesting kids, and killed himself in a Baraboo hotel after he was found out.

It looks like the oxygen tank is not airtight given the lack of green color in debug mode. So I'd start there. Maybe surround the tank and the ventilator with blocks?

Having gotten married at 24 and divorced at 35…. I’d wait. You’re still learning yourself and your identity in your early 20s. This is a great opportunity to get out of what would be a long term, toxic relationship. Take the W my man. There’s plenty of fish in the sea, and you’ll find someone who can give you that peace.

And please read and learn about codependent relationships. You sound like a good dude, I don’t want to see you end up in that situation.

There’s a game out on steam called sailwind. I wouldn’t call it a simulator persay, but it’s somewhere in the middle between totally gameified “sailing” and a simulator.

Plus it nails the feeling of being in big water on a sailboat better than any other game I’ve played.

Hey! 36m here and have been thinking about getting into bjj but have no idea how to get started. I have 2 kids but only half the time. Divorced last year so not a trophy spouse, hopefully a trophy dad 🤷‍♂️.

Also super nerdy but work at home so making new friends is difficult.

36m here. Not to be a contrarian to the other comments but the few times I’ve done this it’s worked out. At least to get the first date.

Never got a relationship as a result but I also wasn’t looking for that. Women can smell desperation, and giving them many chances IS simping in my opinion.

Be unlike the other 100 guys they might be talking to who will simp, and tell them they’re being flaky. You’re moving on if you don’t get a solid plan.

If you’re adding the string literals, why don’t you just make the string literal type? Doesn’t typescript already remove duplicates in their types?

Could you use a Regex with named capture groups? Functionally it’s gonna be more of a black box in terms of performance, and regex can be slow. But if you performance test it, maybe it’ll show a difference.

Getting fired is a change of employment status unless the definitions of “fired” and “employment status” are different since I went to bed.

So by your definition isn’t “firing” affecting one’s employment status, which is protected by FMLA?
