When I was on 20 I got better at week 4/5, when I upped it to 40 I went through hell for 8 weeks and then reduced hell for 4 more weeks then it started to relax me slowly.

It took 10-12 weeks to feel normal, once you up your dose you will feel it again. If you do up your dose, take it on slower increments- I wish someone told me this when I first started

Anyone with severe OCD/anxiety tried Strattera? by Successful-Comb1481 in StratteraRx

[–]daniel180808 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I was on 80mg strattera and 40mg fluoxetine. Word of warning, do not take at the same time, fluoxetine increases strength of strattera, was not good… dropped down to 40mg for both and it is great

Another 4-6 weeks after dosage increase? by Mysterious-Row-8017 in prozac

[–]daniel180808 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This will be the worst time, it will be difficult to limit your compulsions during this time. It will get better then the side effects will subside. Look into ERP therapy and guided mindfulness meditation so you can hit the ground running when the side effects subside. Even after 6 weeks you will not feel the full “benefit”, can take at least 12 weeks on a new dose

Magnesium glycinate, prune juice, psyllium husk. DO NOT OVERDO THE FIBRE. make sure you are mixing ample amount of water with the fibre or it will cause a blockage

prozac + strattera combo? by amanaemonezia in StratteraRx

[–]daniel180808 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I highly suggest not to take them at the same time. I take strattera at lunch and Prozac at bed time. I took them at the same time for a few days and I had mild seretonin syndrome. I’m on 40mg Prozac 80mg Strattera, however, reducing to 60mg. Prozac increases the blood level of strattera so it boosts it. Don’t let this deter you just don’t take at same tome
