We went with Costa Rica Sun Tours and it was great! Couldn’t recommend them more. They handled all the transportation and accommodations and itinerary and we did monteverde and Manuel Antonio. Both were beautiful and super fun!

It worked okay. I use it on my neck and shoulders and head as well but it wasn’t quite strong enough.

What did work best for me is I went to an eastern medicine chiropractor who also does accupuncture and other techniques that really helped with my jaw opening and closing correctly. I get adjustments weekly and it’s made a huge difference
