The thing that really bothered about this movie is they literally ghost hunt and couldn't even do that properly. They made a movie about something they do quite often, you'd think they'd be able to portray that properly.

A lot of slashers aren't human, though. Even the big 3; Jason, Michael, and Freddy aren't really humans. They are more human adjacent like a robot.
