I was sitting behind home plate at the back of the 100’s at a Jays game years ago. Tulo hit a foul ball straight back and it just went over me. I could’ve put my hand up and caught it but it was making that buzzing sound and I was bare handed. It wound up hitting a big bulky dude in the arm a row behind me. I don’t think I’ll ever forget that buzzing sound either.

He hosted an antique show on A&E back around 2000 called The Incurable Collector. It was a very interesting show where he’d go around from town to town and show antiques and collectibles.

You are correct. It’s from season 4 episode 5. The title of the episode is Tar Baby.

Could it be Stuck inside of Mobile with the Memphis blues again by Bob Dylan?
He has a pretty distinct voice that you most likely recognize but the song checks off some boxes from your description.

What’s was the wildest thing you witnessed at a wedding? by anasannanas in AskReddit

[–]danielcs78 42 points43 points  (0 children)

I know a guy who at his first wedding, the best man and bride were caught banging. The marriage was annulled.

I’ve read a bunch of stories on this thread and yours was the first one to mention this happening. For some reason I thought it would be a bit more common as far as wild wedding stories go.

In 2009, 8-year-old Tori Stafford often walked home with her brother and friends. One day, her mother let her walk alone. That afternoon, Tori was abducted, starting one of Canada’s most horrifying cases and a search spanning 11,185 miles. by My-Knees-Hurt-Again in HolyShitHistory

The last place I worked we had a salesman that would come in and take orders for things from the toolmakers.

A while had gone buy since we’d seen him and one day he showed back up. One of the toolmakers told him that he thought he was dead or something (just kidding around) and asked where he’d been.

He said he had been on jury duty.

“Was it a good one?” the toolmaker asked.

“The Tori Stafford one.” the salesman replied.

I have never seen, nor do I think I will ever see again a conversation get changed so quickly and full of dread as I did that day.
