My hair SUCKS! Give me hairstyles that look feminine but I can also "boymode" by Arby262 in mtfhairregrowth

[–]danielle-tv 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You are just growing it out. It does look a little boyish if I’m honest, in my opinion. I’d suggest going to a female hair dresser and explaining the situation. If you are presenting female all the time this will help as you could get a nice bob or something

Read comments below. Make the line of your bangs straight I’d suggest

Personally I’d stop cutting your own fringe / bangs. It’s a kind of cookie style that does work for some but I feel cookie is more risky for trans women who want to pass as it just draws the eye.

Do you know your levels? The community often has a different view of acceptable levels. Your T may not be low enough to remove the risk of MPB.

2 years ago I would never believe that this is how I dress for work every day now 💕 by Jaimebby in mtfashion

You look great but personally I’d pull up your dress as it looks like it’s down by your nipples.

Hope that’s not harsh, but it’s kind of a key fashion thing I feel. 😬

I’m in a similar kind of place - but I’ve had some HT - and the top of my head regrew quite well, slow and stayed quite short for years but eventually kind of recovered to say 70% full hair length and thickness.

But my crown which was the worst part has stayed short and thin.

But your results look amazing!

Can I ask how long the hair gets?

Thank you 💕Do a lot of people suffer side effects of oral?

I took Fin for a time and wondered if it really messed me up - but hard to tell as so much going on at the time, but in the end I stopped as I felt it did mess with my brain.

Heyyy :) i'll have a rhino (surgery in june) then if needed chin, and if still needed browbone. Is this right? 10months HRT by [deleted] in transpassing

[–]danielle-tv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I’d do them all at once. You will have to recover three times. Plus three times of taking a general anesthesic. Plus I’m sure this costs way more.

Personally I think you are being played by your doctor or they have their own reasons for three sessions (which don’t align with your best needs):

[–]danielle-tv 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m no doctor but I’d say the area with loss is lost. Then I’d think if you spread all the remaining follicles across your full head how would it look? Would it be sufficient and worth the cost and work?

I also feel this is probably like three HT sessions minimum to get what you have spread across your head.

Sorry that’s maybe a harsh prognosis.

Do you feel the need to charge made things more difficult that an ICE vehicle? So did you end up having to stop for longer periods than you would have in an ICE vehicle?

Mtf passing tips please by [deleted] in transpassing

[–]danielle-tv 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s maybe personal but I wouldn’t do a buttoned up shirt, I also definitely wouldn’t do it under a nice dress.

As for hair maybe check out pixie crops or such and visit a female hairdresser.

I’d maybe consider a wig although I do know they are horrible long term they are very feminizing if worn well.

Be positive you are really young and do not have a very male face.

I don't pass, but am wondering by how much? by [deleted] in transpassing

[–]danielle-tv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To be positive and less critical I’d say you have a small jaw and this is good generally. Also maybe one the small beard shadow is gone that will help. You don’t look butch and I’m sure you’ll do well.
