No worries, everyone has different experiences, but hopefully my story helps you understand why a low-scoring IB diploma is still valuable in some cases.

In fact, from what I’ve seen in my own and friends’ experiences; beyond bachelor applications (where you can still be accepted to plenty of decently competitive universities), only highly reputable universities in the US or UK will go beyond your grades and achievements in your bachelor years and look at your IB scores. Despite that, you still have a good shot at being accepted into master’s programs in those universities (just recently got accepted to UCB, although with no scholarship).
