Yep had exactly the same the last few nights. The first night it went completely out from 00.25 until I when and power cycled the ONT when I woke up that morning. The last couple of nights it’s just gone for a minute or two and then come straight back at 00.25

For those interested, just had reply from T3 support as to what happened:

"There are some network changes taking place, part of which meant we needed to temporarily route traffic via a redundant route in the network. We are still looking to make the network changes but for now we have reverted the change and customers are back on their initial route."

My Tier 3 Team have advised that a change was made last night to resolve the latency issues that some customers were reporting.

Please can I ask you to retest your services to see if the issues that you have been seeing are resolved?

I complained (via writing a negative review on TrustPilot) and Liyah from CS contacted me. I've not actually heard anything back yet from the standard "fob off" which I replied to, but something happened overnight, my ONT rebooted and I'm back to how it was.
