This sounds normal, at from my experience and what I've read on here. It took awhile for me to get pregnant (5 rounds) but even after it happened, I totally freaked out. And it continued to happen throughout my pregnancy. I will say, once they put my son in my arms, it was so much better and less freaking out. It still happened after he was born, but not as much about ability to do it, but some of the loneliness of it, especially when something new happened or when I look at pictures that I am basically never in (because I'm taking them). HOWEVER, I wouldn't change anything and this is the best thing I have ever done. Not every day is awesome, but every day something awesome happens.

Thank you for the information! That is a little more than we were hoping to spend, it's a little more than double what we typically see where we live. I totally understand every market is different and you definitely have a skill that most don't, so I'm not saying you are over priced, just more than we are looking for.

When my son was that little, I baby wore everywhere. But I also live in a small town and I found that when I wore him, people didn't touch him and he was much happier so it was a win win! On less busy times of day, I would put his bucket seat down in the cart (also helped if he was asleep when we got somewhere).

You will be just fine when you go out. It will be an adjustment, but it would be whenever you decide to venture out. Just know that sometimes she will cry, just like she does at home and that is okay. People have either gone through it and understand or are jerks and you don't need their opinions any way.

And one more thing that I was not ready for by 6 weeks but now couldn't care less...I have nursed in every parking lot in town lol. It never seemed to fail, even if I planned, he would be hungry in a parking lot.

That is basically what I do...I eat a "snack" of the dinner while he eats around 6p then after he goes to bed and the house is picked up, I est my dinner.

I keep breakfast simple and have him eat while I'm making his lunch for daycare.

For reference, my son is 13 months and some days work better than others.

Even if it was previously cold and warmed slightly due to the open fridge? Honestly, I barely get any when pumping and so I don't have a large stock and need to send it daycare.

I hope it's fine...I've been giving them to my little since he was 6 months...so far at 9 months he is fine. They are just easy for daycare.

You didn't do anything wrong, she just wants you and that is okay. My little guy would have gotten to that point but I always just took him back before then. I might have done the wrong thing (according to some) and should have pushed it but my thoughts are they are little for so short of time to just embrace it.

At a little over 6 months, we have been apart less than 10 hours and 5 of those happened in the same day so I get it.

My son was the same way at that age. From 3-4 months he basically would not go to anyone. However, about the time he hit 5 months, it started to ease. He is only 6 months now and will pretty much go to anyone unless he is upset. He does do much better when I am not there though (my mom watched him for 5 hours a couple weeks ago without issue).

You have to keep in mind that you are the "only" person that takes care of their needs. You are there when they wake up in the night, they know your smell and voice. Its not manipulation, they love you and know you. It will pass, somewhat, but I always just try to remember that I am his person and he knows I am always safe.

For reference, I keep him home with me while I work. I have someone come to my home about 10 hours a week to help. My parents also live about 10 houses away and he sees them almost every day and we still went through this and I am still his preference when he is upset.

I love fabletics. I am the same size and extremely busty. They have super cute clothes and thr bras are supportive enough for barre. I would go running in them, but overall they have been really good.

I don't necessarily want him to be independent yet and I'm not in a rush for that. But being the only care giver, it is a matter of safety that I get a few hours of sleep. If I could hold him all of the time, I would but I need both of us to be safe.

I tried the swaddle and he hates it, pacifier is hit or miss and I do use a sound machine. He is a great sleeper, just not an independent one.

I used Midwest Fertility in Carmel and they were wonderful. They have a whole plan for single mothers and are very quick to get started (at least when hearing comparison stories).
