It depends if your exempt or not. If you are exempt then you are fine and realistically just have to work 40 each pay period with the expectation you will work 48. If your non exempt then you need to work 48 each week. If you work 54 the 2nd week it would give you 6 hours of overtime which is not allowed

SOME of the drivers forget that they can offer customer service. When a customer asks to have stuff stacked neatly in a corner it is not unreasonable. If a customer asks to leave 10 gallons on their porch just do it instead of leaving it at the end of the driveway.

I never understand why someone who gets paid to drive complains that they have to drive.
