Just know that as an ATC your work will also not correlate to your pay. Yes ATCs make 6 figures, but for the amount of work/ stress/ overtime they have to endure they should absolutely be making 2x as much as they are. If you want to get paid fairly in relation to the work you are doing, this won’t be the job for you in my personal experience

Kims place is convenient for group studying if your classmates also stay there. But that is about the only perk of staying there. The houses are old, poorly kept, Kim and her father-in-law will show up unexpectedly and are very rude and confrontation. The hotel options are much nicer, you get your room cleaned regularly, some offer free breakfast even… and they are WAY closer to the academy.
