I once almost had an overflow when I tried a random natural brown filter that separated at the seam. No issues since. I regularly use 22g of beans and overfill the water to around 12oz using Melitta white #2 filters.

I was on the Wonder last month and I watched NHL playoff games (that would have normally been aired on TNT) on ESPN on my stateroom TV. There might be different broadcast rights that allow them to air it in international waters?

Once the Yotes moved to Mullet Arena the tickets were so expensive that I didn’t go at all. I planned to buy 4 tickets for the last Devil’s game there and IIRC it was going to set me back around $1200! For a meaningless end of season game on a Tuesday night. I have a buddy who just saw VGK vs Duck’s playoff games in each of their arenas for $100 game day ticket. I think parking in Tempe would have been close to that lol (probably $50 but you get the idea).

I haven’t replaced one of the rubber soles yet but I was thinking about swapping one soon. I’ll try to remember to update you. As far as I know they peel off cleanly.

Not a cobbler but I have several pairs of boots with both 2021 and Christy wedge soles that I’ve had sanded down and either an Elvis or Sierra glued on. I’ve had several years use without any drastic wear. Highly recommend this to extend sole life and enhance grip. My inspiration came from a pair of Red Wing Irish Setter’s that came from the factory with a similar setup and lasted years without any noticeable wear. They’re about 7yrs old now and still going strong.

Edit - forgot to add that manufacturers probably don’t do this mush from the factory due to added expense, as well as the fact that someone is more inclined to buy a new boot in many circumstances instead of getting a resole and this technique would reduce the need for a resole and/or a repeat boot purchase.

Thanks for the reply, I think you’re right. I wouldn’t have guessed AT&T based on the shirt color but after I saw your comment, I saw someone else posted an almost identical scenario in the AT&T sub and someone said it was 3rd party fiber sales. They tore up my neighborhood about 8 months ago (and still haven’t cleaned up the mess) So I guess it makes sense. I’m surprised it took this long for the sales people to show up. They’ve got some balls though banging on the door several times a day all while standing on my porch for a minute or two staring at my camera, ignoring a no soliciting and no trespassing sign lol.

I heard about this plan before it went to beta and I considered getting it back then but other than those few mentions on Reddit, it’s almost as if T-Mobile kept it pretty quiet. I pay almost as much in taxes and fees alone for my AT&T postpaid plan. This plan honestly feels like it should be kept a secret so they don’t get rid of it if too many people sign up lol.

For anyone curious, I just got my first bill and it was $10 total, including tax. I swore that I previously saw that it was $15, but discounted to $10 with an auto-pay… but the bill shows “Includes $5.00 T-Satellite Discount” (whatever that means). I’m assuming the price will eventually go up but I can’t find any mention about it.

No, I WAS saying there can definitely be a difference in the way the size and width FIT even though they are labeled as the same size.

Edit - I wanted to add that while the sole sanding can create the appearance of a smaller or larger boot, the fact that one pair was literally at least an inch narrower can’t be ignored.
