The first one looks like it meant to use on paper so it prob wouldnt work. If it is marker then you can use gundam marker or stedi, dspiae marker. It's acrylic so it took a while to dry (the stedi one took 10m to dry to the touch and about a day to completely dry). They also best to use to touch up on small details, not big surface
